diners go out for seafood most often in the summer when compared to all other seasons. According to 4.5 million certificates used nationwide in the last 12 months, there is a significant increase in seafood in summer, and July boasts the largest with a 27% increase. Of course that makes sense; fresh seafood is a light, refreshing, healthy meal which diners crave in the hottest months of the year. No, we’re not floundering around – it’s true!


Seafood is a good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. But, keep in mind seafood lovers, consuming too much raw or uncooked fish can be harmful to your health!
