Sunday, June 15 marks the time to celebrate the special men in our lives, who have inspired us to do great things, never give up on our goals, and to strive for what we deserve: DADS. Father’s Day is the one day a year Dad gets recognized for all the wonderful contributions he has made in our lives!
To honor him this Father’s Day, we’ve provided our tips dedicated to keep him occupied on his day.
Dinner on You
Visit your Local Museum
Spend the day with Dad at the local museum, and use history to make memories. You never know what interesting information will be revealed about your city, like influential people or landmarks.
Hit the Links
Get Dad to try his swing on a different course. Check out Specials by Restaurant.com and swing up a rockin’ Player’s Pass Annual Golf Membership.
Catch a Movie
Treat Dad to his favorite blockbuster movie. Popcorn, candy, and drinks for everyone! Now, sit back and enjoy the show.
This Father’s Day, step up to the plate and take a swing at your local baseball field or batting cages. Rather attend a game instead? Make sure to grab the peanuts!
Attend a Local Car Show
Car enthusiasts start your engines! Rev up your weekend at a local car show with Dad to explore and learn about the latest innovations of new (and old!) car technology.
Battle your way to excitement. A game of Paintball is sure to trigger some fun and bring out Dad’s competitive side. Tip: Make sure you don’t get hit while trying to capture the flag!
Hit the water, or the shoreline, and cast your worries away with Dad by your side. Don’t forget the bait!
Grab some Ice Cream
Does your Dad scream for ice cream? What Dad doesn’t love a large sundae drizzled with hot fudge, and topped with peanuts and whipped cream? (Mine can’t pass this one up!)
Tell us how you will spend Father’s Day with your Dad in the comments below!
